At Experimac, we take the risk out of purchasing pre-owned equipment. With our 90-day warranty, if something breaks after we have serviced it, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you. We start with diagnostic testing and thoroughly examine your Apple® device to determine what repair you need to make your device like new again. To start, our highly trained technicians will perform diagnostic testing that searches for a variety of problems. Whether your device has been affected by physical damage, such as a cracked screen or water damage, or internal damage, such as a dead hard drive, our diagnostic testing will determine what exactly your device needs: nothing more, nothing less. We will not only fix your Apple device, but we will also warranty our services for 90 days. Rest assured, we have your best interests at heart. Experisure Limited Warranty

All of our device sales are covered by our one-year limited warranty and all our repairs are covered by our 90-day limited warranty. These warranties cover mechanical defects from the original purchase store only and offers repair or replacement (at Experimac's discretion). If the device has been previously opened, physically damaged or liquid damaged, the device may be considered compromised and therefore the warranty may be deemed void.
