At Experimac, we take the risk out of purchasing pre-owned products. With our one year warranty, if something breaks after we have serviced it, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.
 
We start with a full diagnostic work-up, and thoroughly examine your Apple® device to determine what repair may be needed. To start, our highly-trained technicians will perform diagnostic testing that searches for a variety of problems. Whether your device has been affected by physical damage, such as a cracked screen or water damage, or internal damage, such as a dead hard drive, our diagnostic testing will determine exactly what is needed: nothing more, nothing less.

Experisure 90 Days Limited Warranty

The 90-day limited warranty covers both device sales and repairs, for repair or exchange (at Experimac's discretion). This warranty is for mechanical defects from the original purchase store only. If the repaired device has been previously opened, physically damaged or liquid damaged, the device may be considered compromised and therefore the warranty may be deemed void.
