I took my six-year-old Mac Pro tower to Experimac in Cumming. They brought that computer back to life and it is now faster than it's ever been. What a great bunch of technicians and owners that not only have great technical skills but also great people skills I can't recommend them enough! They also have great deals on Macs, iPads and iPhones.

I took my iphone6 to Experimac in Cumming, GA, for screen replacement. After service, I returned to pick it up, forgetting to request the safety screen cover. I ordered a replacement screen cover from a cover company that had a warranty that covered broken screen covers with only a shipping charge. I was told that without returning the cover, my credit card would be charged the balance of the screen cover. After haggling with that company for several days, their rep asked for a receipt from Experimac. I emailed Experimac and received a copy within minutes. My issue is resolved thanks to Trav. His care for customers is the greatest, bar none!

Been a customer here since they opened. Yes, maybe you can find a used iMac, MacBook, iPad, or iPhone cheaper online (maybe...), but what grade are they? Can you inspect it before you buy? What support will you get? Everything I bought there was top notch, hand picked gear, and if something needs support Travis Howe and his crew will make it right.

Shattered my screen again but this time came here! Not only did they replace my screen but now my home button is working again and my touch ID is working....

Took my IPhone 6 to Experimac in Cumming and received excellent Customer Service from Tim! He told me what my options were, informed me a new update is coming out that should fix my software problems. He advised I could wait for the newest update to see if that solved the power drain problem I am experiencing or could go ahead and replace the battery. Totally my choice, no hard sell to work on my phone or replace anything. They definitely have my business and I will be telling my friends about them too!

From a certified "nerd" perspective, Experimac in Cumming is HANDS DOWN our go to place. Overseeing the IT department for our church, I have the opportunity to purchase iPads, MacBook Pros and iMacs for our church use as well as our staff. Travis and this team have assisted us over the past 3+ years on numerous purchases and every time the experience was better than the last! The true "customer service" you gain with Experimac is better than you will find at any Apple store and the ability that the team here has to build you "exactly what you want" is above average. I cannot recommend Experimac in Cumming enough!
