We called Experimac to fix a shattered IPhone 7 phone screen which happened right before we left for vacation. They were extremely resourceful and knowledgeable, and managed to get the part we needed shipped overnight and fixed the screen in no time prior to our vacation! They were courteous, friendly, prompt and very reasonably priced!! I highly recommend their services. We were very satisfied with the outcome!

I had a broken I phone. I thought it was hopeless and would have to put out for a new one. I brought it to Experimac and they fixed it!!

My screen cracked on my phone.They could have charged me the repair cost and the cost of the screen.Instead he told me that it was cheaper to replace the phone He even ordered it from Wal-Mart.He made no money.I accidentally put an extra digit on my Gmail and ATT wouldn't activate it.I went to them and told them the story.They tried for an hr with ATT and Wal-Mart customer service.I finally had to return phone to Wal-Mart and get new one.It was 3 hrs later I returned phone.As I went from courtesy desk to phone department in Wal-Mart ATT text me they decided to activate the phone..Maybe ATT should learn from Experimac how to treat customers.They even said when Wal-Mart replaces phone they would help activate it..Thanks guys the new phone activated like it was supposed to this time.I am buying my next laptop here and anything else Electronic.Beyond honest, really can trust these guys and you don't find that in most companies.

Terrible day: Lost wallet, watch got damp-can't be fixed and to add to the misery, my iPhone battery failed. On way to watch repair saw new store, Experimac, and met Ryan who hooked me up with a new battery in about an hour. Friendly, responsive and professional: Great customer service ended my day on a good note. So glad I have this kind of help without going to Apple: They told me it would take 15 minutes to evaluate and over 2 hours to replace the battery if it needed one.

Cant say enough about all the staff at experimac! they were extremely helpful, prompt with their service, very knowledgeable and their price was very fair! They kept us updated on a parts that were shipped overnight and fixed an iphone screen as soon as the part got there. I would highly recommend them.

I was greeted immediately when I walked in the store which was a very nice surprise. They fixed my iPhone very quickly so I plan on going back again soon to see if they can solve my laptop issues.

Went to get an adapter for my mac pro they had one in stock and was priced reasonable.

We found Exprimac in guilford by accident. After we talked to Chris the salesmen, He help us find a desktop that was just right for our house and he also cleaned out my grandsons laptop, and they did this with prices that I could afford. We have found our permeant computer help store, I would give it a five star any day!

Love these guys! Even though they could not fix my computer because it was really really dead, they were so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely go back to them with my older iMac that needs some help.

For 12 years I relied on my Apple G4 desktop and Apple G4 notebook, but 12 years of reliable, secure service was still 12 years of major advances in computing technology. and my G4's simply became obsolete. Yet it is Apple's reliability and security that makes Experimac such a great idea. I am now on a fixed income without my previous financial flexibility, yet I was able to afford an Experimac Apple computer containing updated technical advances and upgraded processor, operating system,RAM and storage capable of the graphics and media computing goals I can now face with confidence. I enthusiastically endorse the Experimac business model and appreciate the courtesy, knowledge and professional competence exhibited by the Experimac personnel in delivering such a powerful machine at such a reasonable price.
