Good service!

Very friendly yet professional family ran business. We have many Apple products and will be coming Here for now on for all of are unfortunate problems to get them fixed quickly as possible as we can't afford to have them out of commission while running service calls on broken air conditioning units all over town.

The team at Experimac Heights were nothing less than amazing. The level of service and product selection is awesome. They saved my "vintage" iPad! The Apple Store spent 2 hours trying to fix it, but told me it was not possible. Of course, they tried to sell me a new one. Experimac fixed it for less than $50 in a jiffy! Great service, great family owned business! The Maddux family and Experimac-Heights are the best!

The Apple Store told me my Ipad was completely dead - no way to fix it. Of course, they offered to sell me a new one. The great people at Experimac fixed it up in a couple of hours for less than $50! Perfect! And the Maddux family is AWESOME!!! Great community members!

Experimac in the Heights is the best! I was certain my MacBook Pro was a goner after a run-in with an exploding can of tonic water that brought it to a screeching halt, but the wizards at Exerimac were able to revive it. I also bought a smaller, lighter MacBook to use on the go so I can leave my precious MacBook Pro safe and secure at home. Three cheers and five stars for my heroes!

I needed assistance after updating my software to the latest Apple release and I was no longer able to login due to a bug associated with the software update. I tried the Apple genius bar and they were no help. This was my first time using Experimac and they were very knowledgeable of the known software issue with the update. The turn around time, knowledge of the issue and ability to offer a quick solution at a reasonable price was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Experimac's service again and will use them in the future.

Brought my mac in for a repair after it would not start. The team was pretty quick in getting a diagnosis and quote for the repair. Patricia was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely visit again!

My daughter threw my phone and cracked my screen. I called that day and scheduled an appointment. They estimated about an hour to fix and test. It actually took less than an hour and great customer service. The quoted price was the price I paid for and no surprises! Friendly, Punctual and Professional! They even had an area for the kids to watch cartoons while we waited! Awesome!

Honest and integrity are the two words to describe the staff at Experimac Houston Heights. Thought I needed a new hard drive in my iMac but a self inflicted wound was discovered and repaired SAME DAY. Price points are reasonable. BTW I priced the Mac products on hand.... Went in on Friday with the back of my MacBook popped open and found out that the battery had swelled to the point the back couldn't stay closed. They ordered one and it went in on Monday. Found out that's what had made my track pad stop working ions ago! Great store, great service, very good price.

My 6 year old iMac suddenly stopped working and it wouldn't even turn on or make a sound. After unsuccessfully trying some simple troubleshooting at home I decided to take it to Experimac Houston Heights for a diagnostic and repair. I was very impressed with how convenient my whole experience was. Upon arrival I met the owner who provided excellent customer service and explained a few of the possible problems. She offered a diagnostic for a low cost that would later be credited to me if I subsequently completed the repair. I went for it and on the same day they found the problem, called me to consult if I wanted to move forward with the repair, and completed the whole thing. I took my computer there today around 11am and now (7:30 pm) the computer is fixed and on my desk. I don't think it gets any better than this. I thought the price was fair. The staff was very polite and friendly.I recommend this place to anyone with an apple product. Don't waste your time at the Apple store.
