Great Service. Great prices. The Apple Store sent us to a voice call-center somewhere in Georgia, I think, where we had to make an appointment in the University District in Seattle, where they couldn't give us an estimate, and where we had to wait at least a week before they could look at it. It was like a secret society or a bizarre NSA telecom gaming scenario. Experimac not only TOOK our call, they gave an estimate, stuck to the price even after seeing it was a bit more complicated, and provided excellent service, THAT DAY! Problem solved. We love them! For Mac people, this place is an oasis in a desert of overcomplicated company stores!! Ricky B.

Had an amazing experience with this place. They were helpful, knowledgable, quick and reasonably priced. Shout out to Bri for exemplary customer service. So happy to have my computer up and running and in better condition than it was before I busted it. Would definitely recommend!

Travis runs a great business! As a customer in some distress, he was calm and reassuring about the ability of his team to resolve my problem ( shattered screen on my iphone 6s) He was so right! The tech, Brie was fabulous! she got it done and talked me thru my trailing concerns once she was done. This was money well spent- the screen is as new despite how badly damaged it was when i brought it in. The fix was done quickly, i waited for it and everyone was more than pleasant and willing to work with my schedule. And the cost was less than if I'd gone to the Apple store. All around wonderful experience.especially happy it is a local West Seattle business--it is sometimes a tough choice to make rather than running into town--clearly this business is a keeper, on my go to list for Mac issuesThank you Travis & Brie!!!

Excellent customer service. When we ran into a small snafu with a battery replacement, the owner went ABOVE and BEYOND to correct it. He worked after hours and was kind and genuine in his response to get the issue resolved. He was gracious and more than fair as were his kind employees in handling the entire situation. If this is an indication of how they deal with customers under a potentially stressful situation, it tells me how excellent they would be under normal circumstances. I recommend them highly. It is a feel of a mom and pop shop with the detail to attention and quality service.

If the repaired device has been previously opened, physically damaged or liquid damaged, the device may be considered compromised and therefore the warranty may be deemed void.
